  MINISTER DOROTHY HUGGINS

Has been an Intercessor since she had a miraculous encounter with the Lord at the age of 12. Seeking to fill a deep hunger, she began to search out and learn more about "prayer". The call to minister in God’s army was answered in 1983, when the Lord said to her "Go feed my sheep". Minister Huggins believes that God’s mandate on her life is to do as Isaiah 60:1-4 which speaks about setting the captives free.

Minister Dorothy is a former member of the Tuesday Intercessory Prayer Group, under the direction of Mother Eva J. Green. While functioning in this capacity in 1984, she was given the title of Prayer Warrior. She is a member and speaker at the (WWW) Women Obtaining Wisdom annual retreats. She has been a member of the Mighty Women of Valor Ministries since its inception in 1995, and is also a member of that Ministry’s Board of Directors. Minister Dorothy has also served on the Board of Directors of Recover All Prison Ministries since its inception in 1994 under the direction of Chaplain Willie Morris.

Minister Huggins is presently an Associate Minister at Greater Love Christian Church located in Lithonia, Georgia, under the direction of the Senior Pastor Larry Terrell. At Greater Love, Minister Dorothy also leads corporate prayer before services and serves as the Director of the Women’s Fellowship.

Minister Dorothy has taught on Prayer and Spiritual Warfare in meetings, conferences, seminars, prisons and retreats all over the Atlanta Area and throughout the United States. Ministering under a Prophetic mantel has given Minister Huggins an added edge in her pursuit to set the captives free. She believes that every born again person can live in Victory and lead others into victory as well.

Her current mandate from God is to mentor women with wisdom and compassion.

Dorothy and her husband Charles have been married for 30 years and reside in Stone Mountain, Georgia. They are the proud parents of two adult sons.
