Backpack

Summary of the most positive, appealing, and distinctive features that this product modification may fill:

The ELITE PERFORMACE BACKPACK consists of a standard size backpack measuring approximately 15 inches in height & 11-½ inches in width, featuring a main, upright compartment with a zippered closure, as well as two comfortable, adjustable, shoulder straps and a series of additional pockets on its exterior, produced from canvas. However, incorporated into the back-facing panel of the backpack, is bullet resistant material that could potentially save a life, and improve safety for everyone using this protective shield. It is water resistant and currently available in black, and grayish black with green trimmings.

Appealing features: Ease of use, comfortable and practical in nature with safety enhancing qualities.

The ELITE PERFORMANCE BACKPACK could essentially act as a shield for small caliber pistols, thereby preventing senseless tragedies and deaths. The wearer could also remove the backpack and place it in front of him or her for protection, to prevent serious injuries and/or fatalities. Please be aware, however, that this protective shield is not a guard against knives or other sharp objects. In the mind of this veteran of the United States Marine Corps, the need for such a product in today's society, was conceived based on his concern over the rash of violence in America's schools, theorizing that a backpack with bullet resistant shield incorporated into its design, would not only enable children and adults to feel more safe and secure, but could also save their lives in the event of a shooting within the school or its general vicinity, or any other ransom shooting. Thus, born out of concern, the idea of a "bullet resistant backpack" has emerged.
